Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential pharmaceutical companies as prospective clients for exhibition stall solutions and technology offerings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within pharmaceutical companies to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Present our exhibition stall solutions and technology offerings to clients highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development to tailor solutions to meet client needs effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients addressing their specific requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and favorable outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network with potential clients and promote our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in selling exhibition stalls or technology solutions within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a competitive market environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in selling exhibition stalls or technology solutions specifically tailored for the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques for promoting exhibition stall solutions and technology offerings.
  • Additional language proficiency, especially in languages commonly spoken within the pharmaceutical industry's target markets.
