- Main Accountabilities include:
- Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas.
- Managing contracted client locations.
- Ensuring all client requirements are filled.
- Day to day contact with clients and management of their business accounts.
- Building strong client relationships.
- Documenting scheduling processes and keeping records.
- Performing other administrative tasks when require
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 years' experience in scheduling.
- A bachelor's degree in Sociology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
- Advanced knowledge of confirming and rescheduling appointments, as well as recordkeeping practices.
- Advanced ability to keep stakeholders informed of schedule changes and to answer queries.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
