  • Main Accountabilities include:
  • Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas.
  • Managing contracted client locations.
  • Ensuring all client requirements are filled.
  • Day to day contact with clients and management of their business accounts.
  • Building strong client relationships.
  • Documenting scheduling processes and keeping records.
  • Performing other administrative tasks when require

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 1 years' experience in scheduling.
  • A bachelor's degree in Sociology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
  • Advanced knowledge of confirming and rescheduling appointments, as well as recordkeeping practices.
  • Advanced ability to keep stakeholders informed of schedule changes and to answer queries.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
