  • Planning and provisioning of Microsoft365 tenant and working in hybrid environment.
  • Planning and deployment of MS Teams and Skype for Business
  • Enable users for Microsoft Teams Phone Enable users for Direct Routing Enable peruser calling features Plan and design a Microsoft Teams PSTN solution.
  • Configure Phone policies.
  • Configure auto attendants and call queues.
  • Design network infrastructure for optimal Microsoft Teams Phone performance
  • Extend a Direct Routing infrastructure.
  • Monitor Microsoft Teams Phone
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams clients and devices.
  • Troubleshoot Direct Routing connectivity.
  • Configure and manage Dir Sync.
  • Management and configuring SharePoint online.
  • Basic knowledge on PowerShell (basic commands/scripting)
  • Knowledge on ADFS, Azure AD and DNS.
  • Ability to deploy apps onto the MS365 environment.
  • Security and distribution group management.
  • Microsoft365 License allocation, renewal and recovery.
  • Third Party Management and liaising with Microsoft
  • Own and manage changes necessary to manage and update the environment.
  • Propose best practices and knowledge area settings to improve environment.
  • Communicate to end users for necessary changes and when troubleshooting cases.
  • Provide plans and status updates to manager/leadership, as requested.

Preferred Skills:

  • Developed automation solution using MS tools.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
  • Working of On Premises exchange infrastructure

Required Certifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or Equivalent
