With 85%+construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market usingour technology and processes.
- Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months.
Earlier Sequoia Surge, Fundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. InJan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.
About the Role:
- You will be in charge of leading Brick&Bolt's, Category of Material Management for Pan India.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and developing the product range and finalizing the pricing strategy for products for Hyderabad
- End to end responsibility for new category/product development and new category/product launches and strengthening the current productportfolio.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion of sellersonboarding.
- Involve in negotiation all vendor buying agreements between the company and respective suppliers
- Work closely with Suppliers, majorly Brands and engage them in Joint Business Plans with a promise of growth and scale
- Responsible for topline and bottom line (P&L), product returns and inventory mix
- Leading negotiations, making deals & maintaining strong relationships with vendors to enhance competitive positioning including sales programsand promotional support.
- Maintaining control over proper stock levels and Preparing buying plans and sales forecasts.
Skills :
- Experience in Building Material Management is a must.
- Results-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
- Passion to work in an entrepreneurial and high growth environment
- Strong business acumen & strategic thinking
- Must be highly organized, has insight of commercial thinking, with exceptional communication skills
