About This Position


The Business Analyst Associate will build automated reports through process analysis and requirements gathering for the Monitoring and Solutioning team.

This position sits within the Marketing Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4+ years of report development experience required
  • Experience in data analytics utilizing advanced SQL using largescale enterprise database platforms such as Teradata and Oracle required
  • Experience with SAS (Base 9.4 on Unix platform preferred) for report automation required
  • Possess strong relationship skills and ability to collaborate across organizational levels
  • Frequently resolve complex assignments independently and ensure projects are completed according to established timelines
  • Maintain consistent communication, both written and verbal, with team and business process owners with regards to the progress of development efforts
  • Eagerly work in a fastpaced, resultsdriven, highly dynamic environment with a strong desire and aptitude to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Demonstrate proficiency with sourcing and compiling data from a tool with Extract / Transform / Load (ETL) capabilities such as SSIS, Alteryx, Trifacta, Ab Initio or R as well as creating and deploying reports with a Business Intelligence (BI) tool such as SSRS, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Clickview.
