Job Description
  • Coordinate and assist in opening/closing duties to ensure all tasks are completed according to standards and procedures
  • Support management in supervising team members and casual labor, ensuring tasks are carried out on time and in line with standards
  • Manage restaurant reservations/cancellations following departmental guidelines, reconfirming on a daily basis
  • Take and record food and beverage orders based on guest preferences
  • Deliver food & beverage services following departmental procedures
  • Ensure all food & beverage items are served according to service standards
  • Up-sell food and beverage offers to maximize sales revenue, offering alternatives when the outlet is full
  • Personalize service by remembering patron's names and preferences
  • Adhere to hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Collect food and beverage supply requisitions, ensuring accuracy
