Job Responsibilities:
· Identifies, Develops, and cultivates prospects and/or clients for the Institutional Channel, which will include Hotels, QSRs, Vending Machines companies, Airlines, Railways, Airports & Stations, Healthcare & Pharmacy, Educational Institutions, Corporate Canteens.
· Develop sales strategies and Annual Business Growth Plan for the Institutional segment aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, and thereafter works towards the achievement of the same.
· Establish and handle key accounts for business growth in companies for assigned products, by setting up meetings, conceptualizing, preparing & delivering presentations, leading discussions for commercial terms negotiation and closure of deals.
· Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target institutions.
· Understand the unique needs and requirements of corporate clients and tailor solutions to meet their specific demands.
· Develop channel partners for fulfilling demand and maximizing sales reach of the company.
· Build the capabilities of the channel partners, to drive better sales through their teams.
· Ensure achievement of primary and secondary targets and ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms with customers.
· Work with internal team to assure timely delivery of services to clients and assure that client's expectations are met.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential threats.
· Ensure analysis & submission of relevant sales and operational reports for the channel
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and expand the network of corporate clients.
Skills Required:
· MBA from an institute of repute.
· 10+ years' experience Business Development and Account Management in FMCG Sector.
· Having Connections with Institutional customers and channel partners for the segments outlined in the responsibilities section.
· Quickly understand the product range & Market potential. Cultivate qualified prospects that meet the company's product portfolio.
· Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
· Results driven dedicated to setting and achieving quantifiable goals for self, team and all projects.
· Extremely proactive with strong bias for action.
· Demonstrated ability to take ownership over increasingly larger projects
