We are seeking a motivated and creative Associate specializing in B2 B Marketing to join our innovative influencer marketing company.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence within the B2 B market.

Lead generation will be a primary focus of this role, alongside other key responsibilities such as campaign management, content creation, and relationship building.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for influencer marketing and a deep understanding of B2 B marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team:

Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement B2 B marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and support our company objectives.


Conduct market research:

Utilize your analytical skills to conduct thorough market research, identify potential B2 B clients, stay abreast of industry trends, and understand the competitive landscape.


Create compelling marketing collateral:

Develop engaging marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, sales decks, and email campaigns, to educate and captivate our prospects.


Utilize digital marketing channels:

Leverage digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, and content marketing to effectively reach and engage B2 B decision-makers.


Implement lead generation strategies:

Devise and execute lead generation strategies to attract and capture high-quality leads through diverse channels, including events, webinars, and strategic partnerships.


Build relationships with key stakeholders:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and influencers, to drive business opportunities and foster collaboration.


Track and analyze campaign performance:

Utilize data-driven insights to track, analyze, and report on the performance of B2 B marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies to enhance results continuously.


Support sales team efforts:

Provide valuable marketing support, sales enablement materials, and lead nurturing activities to empower our sales team in converting leads into satisfied customers.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (BTECH preferred).
Proven experience in B2 B marketing, with a track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies and compelling content.
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
