JobOverview: The Client Delivery Support Specialistwill play a pivotal role in our client delivery process ensuringthe seamless execution of projects and the highest level ofsatisfaction among our clients. This multifaceted role requires ablend of business development client management with a focus ondelivering exceptional customerservice.

Responsibilities: 1)

Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients throughmarket research and networking efforts.
Collaborate with the internal teams to develop strategies foracquiring new clients and expanding our marketpresence. Actively engage in lead generationactivities email outreach and attending industryevents.

Client Management:
 Serve asthe primary point of contact for assigned clients fostering strongrelationships and understanding their unique needs andobjectives. Conduct regular checkins withclients to assess satisfaction levels address concerns and identifyopportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products orservices. Coordinate with internal teams toensure timely delivery of products resolve any issues ordiscrepancies and exceed clientexpectations.

SaaS Product Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and servicesincluding their features functionalities and benefits toclients. Provide product demonstrations andtraining sessions to clients ensuring they fully understand how toutilize our offerings to achieve theirgoals. Act as a subject matter expert on ourSaaS products offering insights and guidance to both clients andinternalteams.

Audit/Commerce Background:
Utilize audit and commerce background to analyse clientrequirements and recommend appropriatesolutions. Leverage commerce expertise toidentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gainswithin clientorganizations.

Customer Relations:
Proactively address client inquiries concerns and requests in atimely and professional manner demonstrating a commitment toexceptional customer service. Work closelywith the customer support team to resolve escalated issues andensure a positive resolution for the client.
Solicit feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement andinform product developmentefforts.

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in business administration Commerce or relatedfield. Proven experience in businessdevelopment client management and customer relations preferably ina SaaS or technologydriven environment.
Understanding of audit processes and commerce principles with theability to apply this knowledge to client engagements is aplus. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clientsand internal stakeholders. Highly organizedand detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects andpriorities simultaneously. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite. Ability to workindependently and collaboratively within a teamenvironment.
