We are the leading supplier of TV and Movie entertainment data. We supply data to leading entertainment platforms and devices.

We are currently looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our Content team in Mumbai.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Planning Coordinator will ensure that daily shift staffing levels are aligned to deliver customer projects on time.


In this role, you will create monthly rosters and daily shift schedules for a team that works in rotating shifts to support our customers around the world.

You will also be responsible for creating, maintaining and publishing high quality reports to support performance evaluations, productivity analyses, and other initiatives.


You will serve as a point of contact for Metadata Production team members across countries, so your English communication skills should be excellent.

You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.


Ultimately, you should support the team by setting a good example and engage the Ingest team to achieve the goals set out by the business.


  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare a monthly shift roster for the team based on project and BAU requirements.
  • Arrange local daily work schedules, and adjust them based on changing priorities and staff availability
- .Actively plan for and provide coverage solutions on public holidays, after hours, and unexpected peak loads if required.

  • Provide visibility on capacity availability to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop processes and tools to measure, assess and report the team's performance.
  • Work with Team Leads and Managers to evaluate staff and to assign them to the most suitable tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Any Graduate.
  • Good professional English language both written and spoken.
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills expected (Google Sheets / MS Excel).
  • Prior experience in shift planning, work allocation and MIS creation is highly desirable.
  • Qualityfocused individual with high level of attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a selfdirected and fastpaced environment.
  • Must be willing to work in a flexible shift operations environment, and during Indian holidays.
