Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of social media calendar and content calendars.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video-based content.
  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with our followers.
  • Research and identify relevant influencers and potential partnerships for collaborations and sponsored content.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and provide insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across social media platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of opportunity and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist with ad hoc social media projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Passion for social media and staying up to date with the latest trends and platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and YouTube.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Prior experience or internships in social media marketing or digital marketing is a plus.
