What will you be doing at Atrium?

In this role, ​​you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the software development and delivery process. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful software releases.

This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and communication prowess to ensure timely, high-quality releases that align with business objectives and customer expectations.

In this role, you will

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations, product) to define release scope, objectives, and timelines & ensure they follow DevOps procedures and best practices.
  • Lead, advocate and enforce solid CI/CD best DevOps practices.
  • Develop comprehensive release plans, outlining milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate release-related meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
  • Monitor and assess risk levels throughout the release cycle, escalating issues as needed.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of various environments (development, testing, staging, production) required for release activities.
  • Ensure environments are configured correctly, stable, and secure.
  • Orchestrate and supervise the deployment of software releases to production environments.
  • Monitor post-deployment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes as necessary.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all release-related inquiries and updates.
  • Communicate release progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders through regular status reports, meetings, and dashboards.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements to optimize future release cycles.

In this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in release management or a similar role with a strong focus on Jenkins administration and automation.
  • Good written and oral communication skills, experience in technical writing and documenting.
  • Experience with implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Extensive knowledge of Jenkins pipelines, plugins, and configuration options.
  • 1+ year Experience deploying to SFDC is a must.
  • Relevant experience in any of the following areas: (Salesforce Development, release management, software development, DevOps).
  • Ready to work in a shift of 5PM - 1AM IST.
