Job Purpose

As an Information Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the enhancement of an online library filled with diagnostic reports, studies, and various analytical products that are a result of Advisory activities. Working closely with the Knowledge Lead, sector Knowledge Management teams, and other organization partners, you will be instrumental in the development and quality assurance of these resources.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with global and regional Advisory teams, as well as other internal departments, to gather and define business requirements for an internal SharePoint-based library.
  • Defining the structure and user experience of the database and taxonomy for the repository.
  • Identifying, cataloguing, summarizing, and tagging records spanning five years to populate the repository.
  • Integrating the repository with existing knowledge systems for improved search capabilities and establishing a content governance framework.
  • Implementing reporting mechanisms to measure usage and effectiveness of the repository.
  • Contributing to client change management efforts and stakeholder training as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Knowledge Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Knowledge Management or Information Management roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform products.
  • Experience in metadata standards, taxonomies, and content management systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and project management experience.
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and adaptable with strong communication and collaboration skills.
