JobPurpose

Information Analyst willsupport the development quality assurance and delivery of an onlinelibrary of diagnostic reports studies and other analytical productsgenerated by Advisory activities. The Consultant will work in closecoordination with the Knowledge Leadcontact points sector KnowledgeManagement teams and other Knowledge Management partners across theorganisation.

JobResponsibilities

  • Working with global and regional Advisory teams and otherdepartments including IT to identify gather and define businessrequirements for the organizations internalfacing SharePointbasedlibrary of diagnostic reports studies and other analyticalproducts
  • Defining the database and taxonomystructure and user experience for such a repository
  • Building the repository by identifying and cataloguingavailable records spanning 5 years and summarizing and taggingthem
  • Integrating the repository with existingknowledge systems such as the organizations Intranet searchservices to boost findability. Defining the content governanceframework to ensure robustness of repository. This may includeconfiguring automated flow of information from/to relevant existingknowledge/project systems determining roles and responsibilitiesfor ongoing manual updates etc.
  • Implementingreporting capabilities to measure usage and gauge effectiveness ofthe repository
  • Contributing as requested toclient change management outreach and stakeholdertraining

CandidateProfile

  • A minimum of Bachelorsdegree in Information Management Knowledge Management or a relatedfield; Masters preferred

  • A minimumof 3 years of professional experience in Knowledge Management orInformation Managementrelated positions

  • Must have working experience in and beproficient in Microsoft Office products with specific focus onSharePoint Online and Power Platform products (Power Apps PowerAutomate PowerBI)

  • Musthave working experience in and be proficient in metadata standardsand taxonomies/controlled vocabulary

  • Must have experience in building contentmanagement systems and/or online cataloging

  • Excellent organizational skills proven abilityto perform multiple tasks prioritize deliverables and work underpressure and tight deadlines with accuracy andprofessionalism.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability towork in a team environment and under minimum supervision.

  • Project management experience is aplus (certification is preferred) including designing planning andimplementing knowledgerelated initiativescoordinating/collaborating with other teams andexecuting/facilitating knowledge creation.

  • High degree of motivation initiativeflexibility reliability and responsiveness to changing demands;capacity for effective multitasking with demonstrated ability ofbeing an independent starter with minimal supervision and a highcapacity to persevere for results.

  • Strong communication collaboration and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to present and translate complexinformation nontechnical teams in relevant businessterms.

  • Operationalknowledge of IFCs businesses and/or internal information managementsystems and services is a plus.
