Profile Summary:

IGT Solutions is seeking a Manager / Sr Manager– FP&A to oversee financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.

Primary Job Responsibility:

Responsibilities

  • Planning and Forecasting: Preparation of Annual Budgets and Roll-over Forecasts
  • Reporting and Analysis: Financial reporting to stakeholders, including reporting for different legal entities and lines of business. MIS Reporting, periodic reporting, and review of financial trends by providing variance analysis of actual expenses compared to budgeted and forecast figures
  • Report and Dashboards: Developing Monthly Business Performance scorecards, dashboards, and metrics
  • End Closing and Accounting Controls: Monthly closing and finalization of financial statements for all Entities. Establishing checkpoints for accruals accounting and internal controls to ensure compliance with the firm's accounting policies and practices
  • Modelling: Developing expense models using assumptions and scenarios for financial decision making and establishing controls in business process re-engineering. Tracking, Monitoring, and Controlling all Expenses (Opex/ Capex)
  • Full knowledge and experience in FICO Module
  • Profitability: Review project profitability for the company in alignment with budgets. Weekly and Monthly review of key performance indicators such as utilization pipeline, cash collections, and expenses
  • Modelling: Preparing financial models to present business implications and decision support for the leadership. Preparation of Project Reports, Business Plans, Financial Projections, Cash Flows, P&L, Ratio analysis, NPV/IRR/Payback Charts
  • industry benchmarks and develop reporting on the company's performance compared to benchmarks
  • with Internal auditors to ensure review and implementation of recommendations
  • for effective and efficient use of systems

Education and Essential Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Should have expertise in SAP, FICO Model
  • Drive Entire Operations through Leading and assigning a team responsible for delivery
  • Graduate/ Undergraduate from a reputable management institute
