Role Description:
Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure all interview logistics are arranged, including room bookings and virtual meeting setups.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate information.
Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
Assist in onboarding new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and collecting necessary documentation.
Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company.
Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Generate and analyze recruitment reports to provide insights on hiring metrics and trends.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and practices.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment, and talent acquisition best practices.

Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managersExperience in the hiring and recruitment process, including candidate screening and interviewingExcellent customer service skills and a customer-centric mindsetStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience with recruitment software and tools (e.g., applicant tracking systems)Attention to detail and strong organizational skillsExperience in the transportation or service industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
