Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Executive to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding the best talent and will play a crucial role in our company's growth by ensuring we attract and hire the most qualified candidates.

The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to coordinating interviews and facilitating onboarding processes.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring process.
Assist in developing and promoting the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Familiarity with social media recruiting and other online recruitment tools.
