Position Overview:
WorkWall is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.

As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating and qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels including social media, online research, and networking.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce WorkWall's services.

Qualifying Leads:

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

Sales Outreach:

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate interest and secure meetings with potential clients.
  • Maintain a high level of activity including making calls, sending emails, and conducting followups.


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with prospects and understand their needs. Highly motivated, selfdriven, and resultsoriented. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
