Roles & Resposiblities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to streamline and optimize hiring efforts.
Sourcing:
Identify and utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.Payroll & Attendance:
Oversee payroll processes, including accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with relevant payroll laws and regulations.
Manage attendance tracking systems and address any discrepancies or issues as they arise.
Policy and Compliance:
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related legal matters and compliance issues.
HR Strategist:
Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters to support organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Exit Policy:
Develop and implement exit policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
Asset Management:
Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures to effectively track and manage HR assets, including equipment, software, and other resources.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of HR assets to support efficient and effective HRQualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Significant 5+ Yers of experience in HR roles, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
- Experience working in diverse industries and environments may be beneficial, as the challenges and requirements of HR management can vary widely.
