  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Sales Manager for our SFP Lending division.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our SFP products, building and maintaining sustainable partnerships, and managing customer relationships.
  • This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in sales, customer service, and relationship management within the SFP industry.

Core Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Drive sales of SFP products, specifically focused on school funding.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and securing new customers and partners.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of both existing and new customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing issues for walkin customers.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Engage with SFP equipment manufacturers for empanelment.
  • Design focused lending products tailored to SFP customers.

Channel Management:

  • Handle and source business through various channels, including DSA, connectors, and chartered accountants.
  • Take complete ownership of sales channel management, including lead tracking, followthrough, and payout Identify opportunities to crosssell additional products and services to existing customers.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee operations activities related to sales.
  • Perform data analytics and reporting for periodic business reviews and conferences.

Customer Retention:

  • Deepen relationships with existing customers to ensure their retention.
  • Generate referrals from the internal database to expand the customer base.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Achievement of sales targets for SFP products.
  • Development and maintenance of strong customer and partner relationships.
  • Efficient handling of customer service issues and operational activities.
  • Successful management and utilization of sales channels.
  • Effective crossselling and retention strategies.
  • Accurate and insightful sales data analytics and A graduate degree or MBA in Marketing & Sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SFP product sales.
  • Proven track record in sales management, customer relationship management, and channel management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
