  • Implement IT SNOW CSM/ITSM development & Integration plans and processes to meet business requirements for new and revised SNOW CSM/ITSM GSConnect system and programs
  • Support project management by preparing progress reports and status of key milestones for SNOW CSM/ITSM GSConnect development & integration projects
  • Prepare code or modify SNOW CSM/ITSM GSConnect components based on design specifications, while adhering to defined programming standards, structured coding techniques and development methodologies
