ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Leverage your expertise in .NET, web API integration, and SQL to architect, develop, and deliver robust and scalable solutions. Plan, prioritize, and execute .NET development projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set realistic timelines. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies for successful project outcomes. Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in .NET development, integrating them into team practices. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and champion software quality and maintainability. Communicate project status, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders, escalating challenges as needed. Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 12+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies (.NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC). Excellent understanding of Azure platform. Proven experience leading and managing software development teams and projects. Expertise in API integration with third-party applications. Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MS SQL). Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
