Job Summary:


As an Associate within the Royalty Support team based in Noida, India, you will play a vital role in managing royalties for various territories including the US, IN, IT, DACH, and other countries.

Reporting to the team Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of royalty processes. Your responsibilities will include reviewing royalty statements, addressing author inquiries, maintaining author records, and supporting management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review royalty statements and payments to ensure accuracy prior to payouts.
  • Perform adjustments, disbursements, and other manual tasks within the Royalty System.
  • Creating and maintaining of vendor/author records by updating details such as updated addresses, banking information, tax details, etc.
  • Resolve inquiries from authors, agents, publishers, and other stakeholders.
  • Generate manual royalty statements for select authors as per contractual requirements.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Represent the team in various forums with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to internal controls and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with system analysts to develop management reporting tools.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 01 years of experience in Operations, Publishing, Rights, or Royalties preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree desirable but not required with significant work experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to work independently and within teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret legal documents.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
