The company will leverage its expertise to develop, own and operate these plants under the PM KUSUM Yojna scheme and Group Captive model, demonstrating its commitment to a sustainable future for India.

Role Description:

We have already won 2 solar projects, 1 MW each, for captive consumption and 1 solar project of 2 MWs for the PM KUSUM Yojna scheme. We are setting up a core team of 10 to ensure the end-to-end execution of these projects, from land acquisition to plant commissioning.

Details:

  1. Connect with land aggregators and create a database of available land for solar around Gujarat.
  2. Drive sales of EPC projects in the C&I segment, with a focus on achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
  3. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to project closure.
  4. Prepare and track MIS on the execution of solar plants.
  5. Understand project requirements, provide technical information, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams.
  6. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and profitability targets.
  7. Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to understand their energy needs, provide tailored solar solutions, and present compelling value propositions.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
  9. Keeping track of state and central solar policies.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders in the solar industry.

Qualifications Requirements:

  1. Under-Graduation & Post-Graduation: Business Administration/ Marketing/ Engineering or a related field.
  2. Industry Type: Power (Renewables)
  3. Department: Project & Business Development
  4. Experience: Worked in the solar industry and have experience in setting up solar projects (rooftop/ground mounted) and in project execution (in general).
  5. Skills Required:
  6. Technical knowledge of the industry
  7. Project management skills
  8. Expertise to drive solar energy project implementations
  9. Export in operating Computer and MS Office
  10. Proficient in English
  11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  12. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
