Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports
  • Processing requisition and other business forms, checking account balances, and assisting purchases
  • Managing account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments
  • Analysing financial data and assisting with audits, reviews, and tax preparations
  • Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data
  • Supporting interdepartmental communication to ensure efficient operations
  • Supporting allocation of tasks and resources for efficient and effective functioning of organization
  • Providing assistance with payroll administration
  • Keeping records and documenting financial processes

Skills Set

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or in a related field
  • Some previous experience as a finance associate
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards and applicable tax codes
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Quick learner and multitasker
