Role

The role involves managing the head count of the Cloud and Professional services international business, including analysis, reporting, and stakeholder interaction. The candidate will collaborate with onshore partners to handle head count budget, forecast, and variance analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Strong communication and project management skills are essential to handle both regular and spontaneous tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should be proactive in working across various teams independently to achieve goals and tackle challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the head count budget and forecasting process in consultation with stakeholders
• Collaborate with onshore finance partners
• Provide comprehensive head count reports with insights and analytics
• Update personnel data in Adaptive Insights and generate necessary reports
• Maintain Lever sheet in Adaptive Insights
• Define head count KPIs and manage ad-hoc reporting needs
• Update savings Tracker based on business inputs
• Assist stakeholders in meeting head count efficiency targets
• Ensure accuracy and validity of data
• Exceed stakeholder expectations and contribute to decision-making meetings
• Implement standard budgetary templates and plans internationally
• Create templates for ad-hoc management reporting
• Keep process documentations updated as per changes

Eligibility to Apply:

• Minimum 2 years of FP&A experience in budgeting & forecasting
• Minimum Graduate in Commerce (preferred) or qualified in ACA/ACCA/CMA/CIMA or MBA (Finance)
