About the Role:

The Product Director will play a key role in overseeing all product testing, development, and operational activities. Additionally, they will be responsible for executing a strategic commercialization plan. An essential part of the role involves identifying, recruiting, nurturing, and fostering a top-tier product team.


Portfolio Strategy:

  • Accountable for developing a comprehensive product strategy, guided by customer needs, market trends, and challenges.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deeply understand customer requirements and market conditions through various methods like customer interviews and surveys.
  • Creating and executing a product vision, roadmap, and strategy in partnership with different teams.
  • Ensuring that the product's vision aligns with the customer's ongoing experience.

Define, test, and validate technical and operational models based on input from various teams, covering areas like Technology & Operations Management, Go-to-Market Strategy, Financial Planning, OKRs, and product features.


Product Development & Operations:

  • Leading product development and testing processes from start to finish.
  • Driving an agile product development process and collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying areas for process enhancements and solving operational challenges to optimize performance.

Product Commercialization:

  • Implementing the go-to-market plan in alignment with the roadmap, involving internal and external stakeholders.
  • Defining and iterating pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
  • Supervising product performance analytics and competitive landscape monitoring.
  • Overseeing customer implementation and training programs for successful product launches.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and team empowerment through calculated risk-taking.
  • Bringing AI technology from research to practical application.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
  • Master of Business Administration or Product Development preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in healthcare product management.
  • Demonstrated success in launching new products within a development framework.
  • Experience in driving change and introducing innovative products.
  • Familiarity with startup environments.
  • Business acumen to align product vision with strategic objectives.
  • Technical proficiency to oversee product development processes effectively.
  • Deep market knowledge for identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strong prioritization and communication abilities.
