Responsibilities & Skills

We are seeking a dedicated BI Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will translate data into valuable insights and strategic business decisions. Responsibilities of the BI Data Analyst include performing comprehensive analysis from requirements to design, developing analysis and reporting capabilities, monitoring performance, and implementing quality control measures to drive enhancements. This role involves analyzing current business processes, collecting intricate business requirements, and creating functional designs to deliver robust and scalable BI solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert in SCM.
- Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues in Operations and Customer Service.
- Design and implement solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite and its integration with third-party systems.
- Follow best practices in creating Business requirements and Functional Design documentation for business processes.
- Provide support for existing configurations and customizations in Oracle E-Business Suite modules related to Order Management, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
- Take ownership of project tasks and ensure timely completion.

Job Requirements:
- BS or MS degree or equivalent experience in the relevant field.
- Over 10 years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
- More than 8 years of solid experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Hands-on experience in implementing Oracle E-Business Suite modules such as Order Management, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
- Proficiency in developing and evaluating complex solutions for P2P, OM, Inventory, and Manufacturing processes.
- Involved in at least one complete implementation cycle of SCM solutions with post-production support involvement.
- Creative thinking ability to offer insightful recommendations combining a broad perspective with detailed evidence.
- Experience working with International and Offshore/Onsite teams.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented problem-solving approach.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Prior exposure to high-tech/semiconductor implementations is advantageous.
