Project Finance Associate

Location:
This position will be based in India.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain complex project finance models, along with accompanying sensitivity analyses and other standard deal collateral.
- Prepare offering materials, including power point presentations and offering memoranda
- Assist in the preparation of negotiations with key project participants including investors and customers
- Assist in the deal closing process
- Manage internal crossfunctional communications with sales, marketing, business development, corporate finance, engineering, manufacturing and operations
- Handle ad hoc projects as required (e.g. research and analyze new markets)
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 24 years' experience building and maintaining complex project finance models and executing on project financings. Experience at top tier investment bank, private equity shop, or project development experience preferred.
- A background of exceptional academic performance at a toptier college or university.
- Strong communication skills required. Must be able to clearly articulate and communicate complex financial information and issues to management and investors.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of audiences, ranging from customers and investors, to Bloom engineers and operations staff.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, prepare high quality reports and presentations, and to maintain high levels of quality with a heavy work load.
- Must demonstrate strong personal ethics, the ability to influence and negotiate, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.
- High attention to detail.
- Fun to work with, quick to laugh, willingness to take calculated risks, and a creative problem solver with a "cando / failure is not an option" approach to work
