Job Title (Job Code): Project Finance Controlling Senior Analyst

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • To ensure economic and financial management of company procedures, following risks and opportunities to meet project financial targets
  • Ensure actual costs are recorded and analyze the ETC of a given work package
  • Assure WP QCD commitment is properly documented and monitored monthly
  • Support work package owners in controlling/financial management

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure conditions for achieving project's financial targets
  • Be the economic and financial advisor to project Manager
  • Prepare periodic Project Reviews, including cost monitoring and relevant financial analysis
  • Control project results with project manager
  • Assure customer invoicing is prompt and play an active role in achieving payment from customer
  • Use project processes and tools (ODYC, SAP, etc.)
  • Follow-up on cash improvement actions, promote cash culture in project
  • Manage project budget/forecast
  • Manage order placement process for Work Packages
  • Review contract database data, ensure compliance with decisions
  • Participate in financial/contractual decision making
  • Challenge cost to maximize project margin

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Master's degree in Finance or equivalent (CA / CMA)

Desirable:

Experience

Mandatory:

  • 6-9 years of experience in Project Controlling / Costing / Corporate Finance
  • Excellent MS Excel skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in long term project accounting / manufacturing organization is a plus
