Department

You will be part of the Customer Service team.

Your primary role is to support with Proposal Submission and order execution along with our technical departments, proposal team, procurement, and shipping functions.

You will also ensure our customers' satisfaction, you should be in daily contact with our valued Cement Customers, just as you liaise with our sales managers and technical advisors.


Job Responsibility- Ensure successful commercial offer and order execution on the aftersales (service) market.- Handling of Spares and wear part quotes and execution of respective orders in a E2E process landscape.- Commercial responsibility for establishment of quotes and orders during sales phase, this mainly covers non-standard and complex transactions.- Able to read and comprehend customer inquiry & drawings.- Interacts with Regional Sales managers/Key account managers/Customers to resolve order and delivery issues.- Negotiating with vendors if required to get proper price.- Efficient way of doing Costing, Preparation of Techno Commercial proposal, Order release.- Ensuring quality & timeliness of proposal/Order deliverables.- Co-ordination with Engineering for product validation- Ensure proper documentation.- Should be capable of achieving self and the department KPI's.- Experience in Engineering / Design / structural knowledge in plants equipment's will be an added advantage.- Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company's operational activities.


What you bring- Any Engineering degree (BE/BTech Degree - Fulltime)- Previous Customer service, proposal, and order management experience for at least 5-8 years, commercial and technical knowledge/background is a must.- Experience in working in international teams supported by intercultural awareness and ability to leverage cultural differences.- High degree in customer and shareholder value orientation with excellent communication skills.- Highly motivated and energized to achieve top performance continuously.- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously due to strong time management skills.- Conceptual thinking and problem solving.- Knowledge in ERP's ATLAS, Oracle R12 & MS Navision will be an added advantage.- Fluent English language skills are required (additional language skills are an advantage).
