About the Role:

  • Revenue Growth Target as agreed with respective BFSI accounts in India geo
  • Engaging with service lines and with customers in the SBU for selling BFSI Use cases to customers in the region
  • Should be fully knowledgeable about the customer BFSI environment and the competition landscape in the chosen India based accounts
  • Be ready with detailed account attack plan / account coverage plan for selected of top BFSI accounts in India region
  • Participate in account planning workshop from SBU perspective and represent SBU for growth discussions in the nominated accounts
  • Represent in local industry forums and seminars with thought leadership as the local Point of Contact for BFSI domain
  • Validate Final solutions for your customers and take end to end ownerships of all solution and responses being delivered to your customer by competencies
  • Work with Hyperscaler Partners / alliances locally and be responsible for relationship mappings.
  • Identify M&A prospects and partners to help grow the BFSI business locally with in nominated SBU /IBU
  • Prior experience and thorough understanding of BFSI India market is a must.
