Responsibilities:
Work with clients to handle first level discussions relating to security and compliance.

Act as first level support over email and calls to provide clients information onmeasures undertaken and work with clients on their requirementsAssist Sales Operations teams with any compliance and technical issues to onboard VMock as a vendor for clientsCreate training documentation, desktop procedures to facilitate communication with clientsDevelop presentations and documentation to share information with clients and external vendorsEducate internal teams including Sales and Client Success within VMock on internal compliance standards and processesReview and research client requirements and industry standards across compliance and technical domains to recommend policies and processes within VMockWork with various stakeholders to ensure that VMock achieves compliances with technical and compliance standards such as WCAG 2.0 AA, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPRTroubleshoot, analyze and resolve issues by translating client requirements into tickets for internal development, client success and infosec teams.

Follow up with various teams to ensure completion of tasks while updating clients and any other internal and external stakeholdersWork with teams at VMock on policies and processes for security and compliance.

Research best practices and industry standards to create a set of action items for VMockReview product changes including any downtime notifications and develop communication strategies for providing the same to clients and usersQualificationsTechnical background either through graduate/post graduate degrees in CS or experience as a business analyst in the information security domain.

Excellent communication skills both written and spokenIdeal candidate should have client facing experience as an analyst (3-7 years' experience)Design presentations for client deliverablesISO 27001 lead implementer certification is preferred
