Designation : Director Forensic and Field Audit Band : G2 Qualification : CA & CFE Skills: Internal Audit / Investigation/ Analytics / Operational Audit Job Description : Develop Audit Calendar to prioritize Fulfilment Centres basis data analytics Lead team of field auditors responsible to perform surprise audits of ~90 fulfilment centres Plan resource allocation of field auditors & support Field Audit Team during the surprise audit Develop & regularly update standard control checklists for field auditors Perform continuous check-in with onsite field team and review their progress & audit work Work with Control Tower, Corp Fin and Security to develop queries/dashboards for continuous monitoring Perform analytics to identify suspicious/fraudulent transactions and ensure closure by team Lead / assist investigation initiated based on whistleblower complaints Gather Market Intelligence by independently meeting employees / vendors / prospective vendors / etc Use forensic tools like Disk Scanning / Email Scanning / etc for effective closure of investigations Interview the alleged person and witnesses for fact findings of investigations Work with Legal Team / Consultants to conclude forensic investigations and reports Travel involves one week per month
