Position Objective

The role of a satellite branch in charge will involve overseeing and managing the operations of multiple Branches / Satellite Offices of Company . The responsibility will be to to ensure training and performance of all Branch representatives towards servicing clients and partners

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of satellite branch operations, including staffing, training, performance, day-to-day activities Ensure exceptional customer service by supervising branch staff to address customer enquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally. Drive Partner service and Customer Service efforts of branch staff to achieve Partner and Customer addition objectives Provide leadership to branch staff, including hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluations and fostering a positive work environment. Oversee the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, expense management, revenue tracking and profit optimization. Ensure that the branch representative operates in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws. Maintain regular communication with Company head office, providing updates on branch performance, challenges and strategic insights. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local marketing initiatives, promotions and campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract customers. Establish and nurture relationships with local partners, suppliers, organizations and community stakeholders to enhance the branch's network and reach. Develop and monitor performance metrics and key result areas (KRAs) to assess the branch's success and identify areas for improvement. Address operational challenges, customer complaints and other issues that arise within the branch. Implement effective solutions to resolve problems. Represent Company in local events, initiatives and community engagement activities that align with the company's values and objectives. Identify potential risks, assess their impact and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the branch's operations and reputation. Gather feedback from staff, customers and stakeholders and update the Head office to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the branch's performance.
