Job Title: Release Project Manager, Principal

Location: Pune, India

Segment: CAD - Creo

We are looking for a skilled Release Manager to join our Creo team in Pune. As a part of the CAD global release management team, you will be responsible for managing major and minor releases, coordinating product releases, and leading cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle, particularly focusing on our MCAD product line.

Your Impact

  • Ensure timely and effective execution per the defined plan
  • Drive communication and collaboration across teams, PMs, and TPMs

Your Day to Day

  • Project tracking and follow-up
  • Conducting retrospectives and RCA when required
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure execution across release cycle
  • Enable efficient release process and governance
  • Support and prioritize release and backlog planning

Must Have Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Data management proficiency
