Responsibilities:

Implementation Assistance: Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful implementation of SAP modules.

• Provide expertise in configuring SAP modules based on business requirements.
• Assist in data migration and system integration activities.
• Conduct training sessions for endusers to familiarize them with SAP functionalities.

System Administration: Monitor SAP system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Manage user access and security settings within SAP.
• Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and system enhancements.

Support and Documentation: Act as the primary point of contact for end-user support related to SAP.

• Address user queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Develop and implement best practices for SAP usage and administration.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and improvements.
• Stay updated on new SAP releases and features and assess their relevance to the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Administrator or in a similar role with a minimum of 5+ years.
• Indepth knowledge of SAP modules such as Finance (FI/CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and others.
• Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and configuration.
• Proficiency in SAP Basis administration tasks including system monitoring, performance tuning, and user management.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in SAP Administration is preferred but not required.
