Position Overview:
We are looking for an exceptional VP of Product Management to spearhead the development of our enterprise-scalable data platform products in the e-commerce and omnichannel retail domain.
- As the VP of Product Management, you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all our platform services. You will collaborate closely with various teams to align with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Your role will involve driving the development of crucial platform capabilities like Data as a Service (DaaS), AI as a Service (AIaaS), Workflow as a Service (WFaaS), Administration as a Service (AdminaaS), and User Experience as a Service (UXaaS) tailored to the needs of e-commerce and omnichannel retail businesses.
- Your success will be measured by your ability to launch and expand SaaS platforms supporting multiple analytical applications and generating revenue through data services in the e-commerce and retail sectors.
- Your responsibilities will include developing a cutting-edge E-commerce management platform to empower global brands such as Coca Cola, Pepsi, Nestle, Mondelez, and others.
- You will lead a top-performing team of product managers, fostering innovation and excellence in product development and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous enhancement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Platform Development:Lead the comprehensive development of our data platform and services, ensuring alignment with the tech and platform vision, and fostering innovation and excellence in product development.
- Emphasize speed and efficiency in building applications on the platform to enable quick development cycles and faster time-to-market for new features and solutions. - Product Vision and Strategy:Define and implement a holistic product vision and strategy for our enterprise-scalable data platform, focusing on addressing the unique needs and challenges of e-commerce and omnichannel retail.
- Monetization Strategy:Devise and execute a monetization strategy for data services, leveraging the platform to establish a central source of truth and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Engagement:Interact with customers in the e-commerce and omnichannel retail sectors to gather feedback, validate product features, and ensure customer satisfaction, delivering value and ROI to our clients.
- Team Leadership:Establish and lead a high-performing product management team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Successfully define and execute the product vision and strategy for our enterprise-scalable data platform, driving innovation and excellence in product development.
- Build and lead a high-performance product management team that delivers impactful results and fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive customer engagement and satisfaction, delivering value and ROI through our data platforms in the e-commerce and omnichannel retail domains.
- Influence and drive a high-level tech strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends, ensuring our data platforms remain cutting-edge and competitive in the market.
- Achieve revenue targets through the successful monetization of data services, leveraging the platform to create a single source of truth and drive revenue growth.

- 15+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and scaling SaaS platforms.
- Experience in building and leading high-performance product management teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Strong technical background in data analytics, AI, and cloud technologies, with a deep understanding of e-commerce and retail use cases.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product vision, strategy, and execution, delivering impactful results and promoting innovation and excellence in product development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a talent for effective teamwork and customer engagement.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a drive for business growth and success in the e-commerce and omnichannel retail sectors.
- Data Platform, Cloud operations, and DevOps expertise.
- Corporate B2B exposure in managing platform responsibilities.
- Experience in building data platforms handling over 1 PB of data scale.
- Experience in constructing scalable streaming architecture with over 50 million events daily.
- Managed Cloud infrastructure with over $5 million in expenses under their supervision.
