We are creating the most comprehensive Retail Ecommerce Management Platform globally, seamlessly managing retail ecommerce channels such as Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart. Our platform streamlines operations related to retail media management, sales, supply chain, and digital analytics.


In a phase of rapid expansion, we recently secured Series D funding and achieved triple-digit revenue growth for the third consecutive year.

Our growth is driven by acquiring new customers, expanding our product offerings, managing additional retail channels, and providing top-notch customer service to ensure high net retention rates.


The Role:

Currently, we are looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager II, specializing in Digital Shelf Optimization to spearhead innovative solutions that will revolutionize the retail ecommerce sector.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, this individual will lead the development of our Digital Shelf product roadmap, focusing on both short and long-term objectives.


The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with customers to grasp their needs and pain points. This person will advocate for Digital Shelf Optimization (DSO) and demonstrate how AI and algorithms can benefit our customers' businesses. Moreover, the candidate will work in tandem with customer success and sales teams to gather feedback, identify market trends, and translate them into actionable roadmap priorities, in collaboration with UX and engineering teams.



What You'll Do:

  • Guide the product roadmap vision, ensuring a balance between short and long-term goals for scalability.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and challenges firsthand.
  • Promote the importance of Digital Shelf Optimization and the value of AI and algorithms in improving customer businesses.
  • Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to collect feedback and analyze market trends for roadmap prioritization.

Sample Problems You May Solve:

  • Implementing generative AI to streamline ecommerce content creation for various Fortune 500 brands.
  • Utilizing Machine Learning to derive shopper insights from vast amounts of unstructured data.
  • Employing advanced analytics to extract actionable insights for major consumer brands.
Expanding product reach to over 1000 retailers across 50+ countries.

  • Collaborating across functions to influence significant multi-million dollar RFPs.
Developing pioneering ecommerce systems to bridge online and brick-and-mortar stores.

  • Creating automation tools to efficiently scale the tech and customer success teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • Based in the US within the East Coast or Central time zones
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, MBA is a plus
years of experience, including a minimum of 8 years in product management focusing on Enterprise SaaS solutions.

Deep customer focus with a track record of developing innovative product solutions tailored to customer needs.

  • Ability to grasp and deliberate on technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and assess new ideas with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in end-to-end product delivery, overseeing roadmap strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency in engaging and influencing peers and senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions to drive actions.
