About You

Skills and QualificationsMaster's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with GPA


or aboveMinimum 4 years of experience in Structural Engineering and Integrity Management for projects/in-service units in the Oil and Gas IndustryStrong technical & analytical skillsSite experience and knowledge in evaluations of existing structuresExperience with fixed and floating offshore structures, such as Concrete Gravity Based, Steel Jacket Platforms, Floating Production Storage and Offloading Units, Semi-SubmersibleManagement of engineering designPerform fitness for service engineering assessment based on existing conditions.

Provide repair scope after structural assessments for continuous operations.
Provide insights for advanced inspection technologies in civil/structural inspections.
Interact with Design Engineers to develop engineering drawings. Review & approve civil / structural drawings.
Familiarity with structural analysis and design software (, SACS, STAAD Pro, Mat 3D, CAP)

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

Hand-on experience in developing design calculation sheets for reinforced concrete and steel structures using applicable design codes and standards.

Able to identify the anomaly from civil / structural inspection report (for offshore topside/underwater and onshore structure), perform risk assessment and provide repair recommendation using sound engineering judgement and best practices.

Candidates should be self-motivated and focused on achieving business results.
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills are essential.
Should be able to train and mentor young team member to enhance competency and capability in the team.
Excellent communication skills.
Willing and able to travel as required, both domestic and international
