Content Manager - Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English for CAT Exam Category

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Content Manager specializing in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing content for competitive exams, specifically the CAT (Common Admission Test). This role involves developing high-quality learning materials, managing content creation teams, and ensuring the alignment of content with the latest exam patterns and trends.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Development:
  • Create, review, and update study materials for Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English.
  • Develop practice questions, mock tests, and solution sets in line with the latest CAT exam pattern.
  • Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and relevance. (Must be using AI tools to improve efficiency)
  1. Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of subject matter experts and content developers.
  • Allocate tasks, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all content to ensure it meets the highest standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the CAT exam pattern and incorporate these into the study materials.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Organize training sessions for the content team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior content developers.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the product development team to integrate content into digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and strategies.
  1. Innovation:
  • Continuously seek innovative ways to improve content delivery using AI tools and student engagement.
  • Incorporate feedback from students and other stakeholders to refine and enhance content quality.


Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Educational Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline. (Post Graduate preferred)
  • Additional qualifications in management or education technology will be an advantage.
  • Must have scored 95+ percentile in CAT exam.
  1. Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content development for competitive exams, particularly CAT.
  • Proven track record of managing content teams and delivering high-quality educational materials.
  1. Skills:
  • Strong command of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using educational technology tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
