We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
Review all change activity. Authorize / Decline minor/major change as appropriate. Coordinate and conduct meetings with various Change Advisory Boards (CAB) to discuss higher risk changes. Prepare material and manage the governance of the bi-weekly Internal Change Review meetings. Ensures that all the change activities are designed & implemented as per the standards and controls. The policies and procedures should be well defined, recognized and reviewed. Prepare weekly, monthly change summary reports for senior management (both business and IT) to help them understand and evaluate the proposed change. Pre and Post Review Change Analysis and follow up of any actions. Work on change improvement initiatives across fd IT. Timely reporting to Senior management, IT Service Owners, stakeholders. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
2-5 years of experience in change management experience. Working knowledge and experience of IT Service Management disciplines. Knowledge of the ITIL Service Management framework as well as Agile methodologies. Experience working in relevant technical environments, customer facing applications Service knowledge of internet/mobile banking applications Experience in ticketing tools like Service Now and JIRA. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships across business and IT teams globally at all levels. Strong decision maker and proactive self-starter Excellent negotiation skills Proven analytical skills & ability to deal with complex & technical data Strong team player-
