POSITION DETAILS

_ Position Summary_

_ __Principal Activities_**- Works together with the recruiter and hiring manager to determine position prerequisites

  • Keeps track of predefined sourcing metrics and reports on them
  • Recognize qualified applicant profile utilizing different sourcing procedures
  • Create strong and diverse talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Request for referrals from current workers and external networks
  • Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System
  • Map out individual markets and gather intelligence around specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talent

_Education & Experience_

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, psychology, education, business, and/or related business experience;
  • 1+ years' experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in the HR department
