RAS Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a Delhi born production and casting house, which laid its foundation in 2017. The in-house production deals with TV Commercials, documentaries, short movies, fashion photography, feature films and music albums with the most extolled associations. Client Relationship Manager (CRM) & Administrator
Responsibilities
As CRM :
Client Handling: Interacting with clients face to face and over phone calls. Handling meeting of the clients coming to our office for shoots. Explaining clients about our services in details. Resolving client's issues.
2. Client Servicing: Maintaining Proper formal relationship with clients and looking into timely delivery of the services to the clients. Looking into shoot line-ups for the clients who are already registered with us.
3. Data Entry - Maintaining Proper data of the clients.
4. Calling - New Calls to clients on hot leads provided by company. Follow-up calls. Shoot line-up calls.
5. Reports – Submitting Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports on time.
6. Additional work might be given as and when required.
As ADMINISTRATOR :
Recruitment : Responsibility of recruitment, training & development of various profile as per the requirement of the branch at a particular time.
Daily Operations : Responsibility of the daily operations & functions of the branch which are required to be performed for the smooth functioning of the branch.
Communication : Smooth communication need to be maintained between upper level of management & also with the other employees working in the branch.
Reporting : Submitting daily, weekly & monthly branch reports on time including reports of the other employees working in the branch. You will be reporting directly to CDO/Regional Head.
Target Achievement : Responsible for driving performance from the team individually and as a team too. Responsible for achieving branch targets as given by Head office.
Accounting : Responsible for taking care of cash handling & deposits and also other payment modes. Responsible for maintaining all google sheets with the help of backend executive and submitting the consolidated reports to the head office as and when required.
Additional work might be given as and when required.
Qualifications
Sales experience of minimum 2 years.
Min. Qualification - Graduate.
Should be very good with communication skills.
Presentation skills & should be confident is handling face to face sales meeting with the clients.
Remuneration : As per Company standard.
