About the team:The Merchant Helpdesk team handles merchant queries and concerns on QR code, EDC, and Soundbox
- related issues like payment, settlement, device-related issues, etc.

About the role:

• Build & Design conversational chatbots as per business requirements using Haptik/Freshchat

1. products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design

3. conversational workflows that meet business objectives.

• Understand the business logic/SOPs and translate into conversational flows.
• Identify & explore improvement opportunities in the Bot flows and design.

Qualification:
Any Graduation. (BCA/MCA/B. Tech Computer Science will be preferred)

Experience: 0-3 Years (Experience of CRM, Chatbot is preferred)
