Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Present and promote products or services to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
  • Answer questions about products or services and provide additional information as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through outbound calling.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate product information and value propositions.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
