Manage Specification, design, development, code reviews, design review and debugging of scalable and high-performance service-based web leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance and communicate project scope and ensure release milestones and objectives are met by delivering a high-quality product accountability for moving the key business metrics within your area and Provide thought partnership to the product team and ensure collaboration among product, engineering, and business operation problems and drive long term technology solutions to evolve the product scalability, performance, reliability and supportability

In your day-to-day role you will:


As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end process of developing scalable web applications, including specification, design, and code reviews.

Your leadership will extend to coaching team members for optimal performance, ensuring project scope and release milestones are met, and being accountable for key business metrics.

Collaborating with product and business operation teams, you'll provide thought partnership to drive synergy. Additionally, your role involves analyzing problems and championing long-term technology solutions for enhanced scalability, performance, and reliability.
What do you need to bring?


Engineering/ Master's degree in the field of Computer Science or least 4 years of experience in mobile development and delivery, with in-depth knowledge of mobile architectures;Must have at least 2 years of experience in leading small and mid-sized development Kotlin coding ability along with strong CS & OS fundamental ability to break down complex problems into simple, innovative solutions that serve a business need the knack for problem-solving and ability to work in ambiguity must have proven track record of delivery and be articulate, organised, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial people/leadership skills to grow and guide your team members; a passion for your team's mission and a self-starting personality to make things project management skills to lead and juggle multi-engineer projects and deliver high-quality projects on partnership with product and business teams that demonstrates effective collaboration and communication across multiple stakeholders.
