For our project in Bangalore, we are looking for an Sr. Bridge Engineer with minimum 8+ Years of Experience into bridges.

Your Responsibilities:

TechnicalTasks: Lead a team for design of Bridge/OtherStructures related to different Railway / Other Infrastructure Projects Partake in periodic meetings with the stakeholders to understand the requirements and align the design team to deliver project timely with required quality. Performing design reviews pertaining to the design of elements through all project phases Checking the Drawings. Review of 3d Models Working cooperatively with team members in order to meet client requirements. Supportin preparation of the Bids Technicalco-ordination with other disciplines, Project leader and third parties Toparticipate in Project planning meetings and organization of internal projectmeetings. Notifyingthe project team of changes in the project Preparechange requests with justifications Preparationof Minutes Compilationof the submission documents and ensuring timely submission of the documents. Budgetand time: flag countermeasures if required Toco-ordinate with the client to understand the Project scope, to requestdocuments required for the task and deadline. Toprovide technical support to the Client MentoringEngineers & follow up Training plan Contributionto Knowledge Management team Verification(for Conformance) and approval of project deliverables in adherence to DBquality standards and guidelines. Responsiblefor on-time Project delivery

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in Civil Engineering / Post Graduate in Structural Engineering Should possess 8-12 years (minimum 6+ years in case of candidates having experience in Higher Speed (minimum 200 kmph) and/ or Heavy Haul (minimum 25T axle load) Railway Bridges) of experience in Design of Bridges for Railway / Highway Loading. Experience in PSC structures would be preferable. Software Skills: Knowledge of Relevant Software like InfoCAD, Sofistik, STAAD, MIDAS etc.; Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills in conjunction with innovative thinking; Should have knowledge of applicable industry code standards (Eurocodes, IRC, BS etc.). Experience in European Standards will be an added advantage. Should have experience in the analysis and documentation including processes from Feasibility and Design to Implementation and Client Handover.
