Demo Support Engineer

The Demo Support team offers top-notch services to technical sellers and Solution Consultants, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. As a Demo Support Engineer specializing in Tools, your role is crucial for testing, implementing, and supporting Demo Support Tools. This entails working closely with external Demo Automation vendors and internal business stakeholders to test different features and assist in shaping a rollout strategy.
You will also support Solution Consultants in addressing critical issues, ensuring prompt and efficient case resolution for impactful demos.
Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, diagnostic tools, and collaboration with other teams are key to success. Moreover, your unique insights will contribute to refining processes and enhancing products within the Global Demo Org.
To excel in this position, you should have:
- Leadership in investigating and resolving complex issues and escalations, showcasing exceptional technical understanding, business process knowledge, and customer focus
- Effective multitasking and streamlined management of the case queue
- Identification, creation, and enhancement of Level 0 assets like Knowledge Articles, Virtual Agent topics, and Improvement stories
- Strong dedication to quality and customer service
- Clear communication skills in English to convey process, operations, and capability information crisply
- Maintaining a professional demeanor when handling challenging user issues, even from demanding customers
Desired Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Experience in administering, developing, maintaining, or supporting ServiceNow Applications and Systems preferred
