About the candidate – An Ideal candidate should have a bachelor's OR postgraduate in business studies with 5+ years of experience in sports-lifestyle business and team management experience. Candidate should have experience in stakeholder management and general knowledge of go-to-market processes.

Key Competencies –

  1. Analyzing gaps in the range from Global and filling them through developments locally for the Indian market.
  2. Right pricing strategy to maximize ASPs, margin, and sell-through.
  3. Cost negotiations with sourcing teams to maximize input cogs and drive the right pricing.
  4. Managing end-to-end process of order placement, tracking, and delivery monitoring to ensure timely launches in alignment with channel-level launch targets.
